Your husband sounds like my soon-to-be ex-fiance. He sounds like a narcissist. Your husband is incapable of seeing how his cruel treatment truly affects others. That or he actually enjoys to see the people around him who love him the most, feel the most pain. My kids’ father is the worst dad. Very selfish.
